This policy describes information associated with the Bayley Currey Racing website, sponsorship inquiries, and merchandise store operated by FewShot Solutions.

Information collected

The sponsorship form requests your name, work email, company, partnership interests, and message. You can also provide a phone number and company website. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in an inquiry.

The merchandise integration uses Shopify for checkout. If an order is placed, checkout may collect contact, billing, delivery, order, and payment information. Payment details are entered through Shopify checkout, not through the sponsorship form.

How information is used and processed

Inquiry information is used to respond to your request and discuss potential partnerships. Order information is used to process purchases, arrange fulfillment, communicate about orders, and handle customer service. Hosting and commerce providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure their services.

Netlify hosts the website and processes sponsorship form submissions. Shopify provides commerce and checkout services. The site requests fonts from Google Fonts. The Instagram announcement loads from Instagram when you choose to watch it; Instagram may then process information under its own policies. Other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Cookies and browser storage

The shop uses local browser storage to remember cart items. Third-party services may use cookies or other storage when they load. Clearing browser storage can remove a saved cart. You can manage cookies through your browser and choose not to load the Instagram video. This notice does not represent that a site-wide cookie-consent or advertising opt-out system is in place.

Retention and privacy requests

Contact dixon@fewshotsolutions.com to ask about your personal information or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location; some order records may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

Our detailed retention schedule and provider-specific privacy disclosures are still being reviewed. This notice does not assert that third-party services never share data or that browser privacy signals are automatically honored. Changes to this policy will be identified by the updated date above. Any rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

Shipping Policy

Orders are expected to ship within 30 calendar days after the order is placed. This timeframe includes production and preparation for shipment; carrier transit time is additional. It is not a promise of delivery within 30 days and is not a return window. Available delivery options, shipping charges, and applicable taxes should be displayed before payment.

If an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, the customer will be notified of the delay and offered the applicable choice to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel for a refund.

For questions about delivery availability, tracking, or a missing package, contact dixon@fewshotsolutions.com with your order number. Carrier transit estimates and any destination-specific charges are separate from the 30-day shipment timeframe; please ask us before purchasing if a delivery date is essential.

Returns & Refunds

Contact dixon@fewshotsolutions.com with your order number and the reason for your return, exchange, or cancellation request. For an incorrect or damaged item, include a description and photos so we can review the issue.

Please request return instructions before mailing an item. Do not send merchandise to Fort Worth Screen Printing without an approved return address and instructions from us.

The return window, condition requirements, exchange rules, return-postage responsibility, and refund processing timeframe are still being finalized. The 30-day shipping timeframe is not a return window. No blanket “all sales final” rule applies under this notice. Please ask us about return eligibility before purchasing.

Nothing here removes remedies or other consumer rights required by applicable law. Later policy changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing order.

Website & Store Terms

The website presents Bayley Currey Racing news, career information, partnership opportunities, and merchandise. Schedules and availability may change. Sending a sponsorship inquiry does not create a sponsorship agreement; partnership arrangements require separate agreement.

Website photos, artwork, logos, and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing the site does not grant permission for commercial reuse. External services and linked websites have their own terms.

Please use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent inquiries, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

FewShot Solutions is the seller of merchandise purchased through this website. Review the product, size, quantity, price, and any shipping charges and taxes before submitting an order. Checkout is provided by Shopify. Do not submit an order unless you are authorized to use the payment method.

Product images show the offered designs; screen colors and placement may vary from the physical item. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Contact us about order errors, cancellations, or other concerns.

The shipping and returns sections above form part of these terms. Nothing on this page excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms will be dated on this page and will not retroactively change an existing order.
